There are various symptons
associated with anxiety disorder. Since every individual has
the unique chemical make up, the symptoms and their
intensity may differ accordingly. Anyway, the most common
symptons usually include:
Body: Growing pale, reddened, fluctuating body temperatures,
burning sensation, pungent, tiredness, ineptness, confusion,
giddiness, hyperactivity, palpitations, feel chilly or flu
like, sexual dysfunction, acquiring infections, muscle
twitching, nausea, vomiting, stiffness in
neck/back/shoulders, excess sweating especially during
night, lethargies, numbness, lapsed heartbeats, trembling or
shaking sensation, recurrent urination, recurrent yawning,
weakened arms & legs and weight loss/gain.
Chest: Pain or discomfort, breathing trouble, palpitations
or abnormal heartbeats.
Fears: Experiencing different phobias, feel like dying out
and overall abnormal feelings.
Head: Burning, itching, giddiness or nausea, headaches,
numbness, shooting pains, sore jaws with feeling of tooth
aches.
Hearing: Nearly deafness sensation in either or both the
ears and feel like noises or low echoing sounds.
Mind: Terrified, consciousness, apprehension, nightmare or
bad dreams, obsession about getting better and experiencing
difficulty in concentrating.
Moods: Angry, depressed, swinging, scary, feels like crying,
nervousness or trepidation.
Mouth/Stomach: Feeling abnormal smell or taste, Aerophagia,
craving for ingesting sweets, constipation, diarrhoea,
trouble swallowing, trouble pronouncing specific letters or
sounds, dryness of mouth, nausea, vomiting, recurrent
urination, tongue twitching and skin disorders like
infections or rashes.
Skin: Feelings like burning, numbness and rashes or
infections.
Sleep: Disturbed sleep, recurrent crazy dreams, hearing
abnormal sounds, jolting awake and feeling uncomfortable in
the morning.
Sight: Haziness, dry/water/itchy eyes, sensitivity to light
and spots in vision.
Touch: Skin sensitivity, feeling chilled, numbness and pain
like pins or needle piercing.
Person may experience one or more of these symptoms, while
some may even report of all of them and some more too. |
