Asthma is a
type of allergic reaction which involves the respiratory
system especially constricting the muscles around the
airways called bronchospasm. The lining of airways gets
inflamed or tender and mucus thicken to more than natural
during the asthma attacks. Thus, bronchospasm, swelling and
mucus conditions lead to asthma symptoms such as:
• Acute breathing trouble
• Sever breathlessness or panting condition
• Consistent coughing
• Shortness of breath
• Extra faster breathing conditions
• Pressure or congestion or pain in the chest
• Constricted muscles in the chest and neck called
retractions
• Trouble in speaking or talking
• Experiencing scary or anxiety
• Face turning faded and excessive sweating is caused on the
face
• Lips and fingernails turning bluish during the asthma
attacks
• Symptons getting further deteriorated in spite of using
recommended medications or inhaling pumps etc
In normal cases such symptoms are not very harsh and would
not obstruct the sufferer from doing routine activities.
However, by identifying such asthma symptons one can of
course avert asthama attack and stop it from getting further
deteriorated. Several early signs or symptoms of asthma
attack are said to include:
• Recurrent coughing during nights
• Diminished readings on peak flow meters
• Shortness or losing of breath beyond control
• Experiencing fatigue or short of energy especially while
exercising
• Panting or coughing following exercises
• Exhausted or upset or bad-tempered feelings
• Noticeable changes in lung functioning when checked on
peak flow meters
• Indications of cold or allergic reactions including
consistent sneezing, runny nose, coughing, congestion in the
nasal tract, sore throat and headaches
• Difficulty in sleeping like insomnia |
