 ASTHMA SYMPTONS
Asthma is a type of allergic reaction which involves the respiratory system especially constricting the muscles around the airways called bronchospasm. The lining of airways gets inflamed or tender and mucus thicken to more than natural during the asthma attacks. Thus, bronchospasm, swelling and mucus conditions lead to asthma symptoms such as:

• Acute breathing trouble
• Sever breathlessness or panting condition
• Consistent coughing
• Shortness of breath
• Extra faster breathing conditions
• Pressure or congestion or pain in the chest
• Constricted muscles in the chest and neck called retractions
• Trouble in speaking or talking
• Experiencing scary or anxiety
• Face turning faded and excessive sweating is caused on the face
• Lips and fingernails turning bluish during the asthma attacks
• Symptons getting further deteriorated in spite of using recommended medications or inhaling pumps etc

In normal cases such symptoms are not very harsh and would not obstruct the sufferer from doing routine activities. However, by identifying such asthma symptons one can of course avert asthama attack and stop it from getting further deteriorated. Several early signs or symptoms of asthma attack are said to include:

• Recurrent coughing during nights
• Diminished readings on peak flow meters
• Shortness or losing of breath beyond control
• Experiencing fatigue or short of energy especially while exercising
• Panting or coughing following exercises
• Exhausted or upset or bad-tempered feelings
• Noticeable changes in lung functioning when checked on peak flow meters
• Indications of cold or allergic reactions including consistent sneezing, runny nose, coughing, congestion in the nasal tract, sore throat and headaches
• Difficulty in sleeping like insomnia
