BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTONS
The force developed on the walls of the arteries causing certain pressure while the heart pumps blood through the body is known as blood pressure. The blood pressure has tendency of keeping on fluctuating. When the blood pressure drops much below the required mark, the condition is known as low blood pressure or hypotension, but when the pressure exceeds the normal marking, the condition is known as high blood pressure or hypertension. Thus there are two basic categories of blood pressures such as hypertension and hypotension. The symptons of both hypertension and hypotension are also dissimilar.

The symptoms of hypertension: usually high blood pressure or hypertension does not exhibit any spe3cific symptons and perhaps due to this reason only this disorder is also called the silent killer. The parson may be suffering from hypertension for years without noticing its presence in the body. When his body starts displaying the following symptoms, the condition demands immediate medical treatments:

• Headaches
• Faintness
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Breathing shortness
• Impatience
• Distorted vision quality
• Lack of sexual desire and lower libido

The symptons of hypotension: generally such condition is resulted due to poor nutrition or poor diet habits. Insufficient nutrients and deficits of calories, proteins, vitamin C and any of the B complex vitamins in diets may lead to cause hypertension. Most probably the hypotension condition may or may not show any specific symptoms but informal symptons of this disorder may include:

• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Palpitations
• Distorted vision quality
• Uneasiness feelings in the chest
• Nervousness
• Tiredness
• Headache or migraine pains
• Intolerance to heat
• Experiencing cold feeling
• Bloating after meals
