There are no specific
cancer symptoms that distinctly indicate the disease.
However, common symptons may include:
Continuous coughing or blood-tinged saliva – could be
symptoms of lung cancer.
Change in bowel habits – may indicate colon cancer.
Blood accompanying the stools – hemorrhoids often source
rectal bleeding but since hemorrhoids are common, may
subsist with cancer.
Unexplained anemic condition – several cancer originate
anemia but bowel cancers often source anemia or iron
deficit.
Lumps in breasts / breast discharge – Usually they are
non-cancerous tumors yet must be examined thoroughly.
Lumps in the testicles – majority of males with the testicle
cancer have painless or uncomfortable lump on the testicle.
Changed urinating habits – symptons like slow, recurrent and
small quantum may indicate prostate or bladder cancer or
pelvic tumors in males.
Blood accompanying urine – could either be by urinary
infections or kidney stones or other reasons like bladder or
kidney cancer.
Huskiness or harshness - often caused by typical allergy or
vocal cord polyps or indicate throat cancer.
Consistent lumps or inflamed glands – lumps may often
indicate cancer or inflamed lymph gland related with cancer.
Apparent changes in moles / warts – bigger, multihued moles
with abnormal edges or bleeding are bothersome and indicate
cancer.
Difficulty in swallowing or indigestion – is common disorder
in elderly people and may indicate esophagus cancer.
Abnormal vaginal bleeding or vaginal discharge – often found
due to uterus cancer.
Unexpected weight loss or night sweat or fever – such
symptoms often indicate various kinds of cancer.
Persistent itching sensations in anus or genitals – may
indicate skin cancer of genital or anal area.
Non-healing sores – may often be due to cancer.
Headaches – abnormal headaches with typical feeling could be
cancerous.
Back pains, pelvic pains, bloating or indigestion – usually
it is noticed in ovarian cancer conditions. |
