Pregnancy is the natural
process which signifies several changes in female body. The
pregnancy symptons vary from woman to woman and pregnancy to
pregnancy during the three distinguished trimesters. The
most significant pregnancy symptom is the delayed or lapsed
menstrual cycle period. Self educating about the signs and
symptoms of pregnancy is essential since each of the
symptons may be indicating something else than pregnancy.
Women have reported of experiencing pregnancy symptoms
merely within the week of conceiving whereas some women
report symptons over a few weeks or even may not absolutely

anger, sadness etc.
2nd trimester – week 13 to 26: weight gain, movement of
fetus, stretching and dryness of stomach skin, breasts
getting enlarged, colostrums leaking from nipples, heart
burn, indigestion, constipation, nose bleeds, inflamed feet,
hands, ankles and face, dark line developing on skin between
navel and pubic region, pigmentation developed on face and
rare development of varicose veins.
3rd trimester – week 27 to 40: apparent fetus movement,
navel pushing out, onset of backaches, walking style changes
due to fetus weight, experiencing painless constriction,
breathing shortness and ultimately delivering the baby.
